About Jill Hidaji

I am the founder of Hidaji Advisory, which focuses on organizational solutions for small businesses and organizations growing into greater human resources needs.

I have been mastering methods for effective, practical organizational performance through human resources roles for over 20 years as a leader at the Director, Executive Team and SVP levels. I enjoy using science-based, process-focused, outcome-driven methodologies to help individuals and organizations facilitate positive change.

Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure to help public corporations, government entities and non-profit organizations navigate through some of their toughest internal human capital challenges. Past clients include ADP, Navy Personnel Command, Hilton Hotels, Regions Financial Corp., Memphis Grizzlies, American Express, First Horizon Bank, Results Coaching Systems, John Deere and Company, State Street Corporation, ACH Foods and Tire Centers, among others.

My career has given me so much intrinsic reward that I have been committed to giving back as a volunteer for SHRM: (Current) TN State SHRM Council Membership Chair; Past President of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Memphis Chapter (800+ members), State Conference Program Co-Chair, Advocacy Team member at State and National level, speaker on the profession of HR and Coaching at workshops and international conferences.

I received my Bachelor of Business Administration Management, International Business from the University of Memphis. Certifications include: PHR, SPHR and GPHR from Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Human Capital Strategist from Human Capital Institute (HCI) and Executive, Life, Team and Business Coach from NeuroLeadership Group, among others.

While I have a passion for helping organizations, teams and individuals thrive, my heart is always in the mountains of North Carolina, where I live with my beloved husband Faramarz in our lovely mountain home with breathtaking views. Together, we have four children navigating the wonders of young adulthood, and work with clients looking for a healthier lifestyle through our wellness coaching practices.
